Information you will need to make a booking.
To make a booking you will need the following information. Please assemble to required information before calling or starting the on line booking process.
- Company details (e.g. ABN, ACN)
- Contact details (including an email address)
- Contact driver name (if different from the owner)
- Registration number of the vehicle
- Number of tanks and capacity of tanks (installations for vehicles with more than two tanks will not occur until late February 2009)
- Whether the vehicle is fitted with a backflow device (RPZ or Registered Air Gap)
- Whether a site tube, drain plug or other connection is available at the lowest point of the tank
- The type, serial number and last inspection date of the backflow device.
